Cắt thịt heo thành từng miếng dài có kích thước khoảng 8x1 cm. Nếu thịt mềm khó cắt, bạn có thể đặt thịt vào ngăn đá tủ lạnh 1 lúc trước khi cắt sẽ dễ dàng hơn.
Cho gừng cắt lát mỏng, 5g muối và 7g hạt tiêu vào trộn đều với thịt, ướp khoảng 10 phút. Sau 10 phút, trộn thịt với lòng trắng trứng và 16g bột ngô.

Đổ khoảng 10ml dầu ăn vừa chiên thịt thừa vào chảo chống dính, cho thêm 15ml nước sốt cà chua, 10ml giấm, 5g muối, 7g đường, 30ml nước, 16g bột ngô vào chảo khuấy đều đến khi sôi. Đổ thịt heo đã chiên giòn ở trên vào chảo nước sốt, đảo đều cho thịt ngấm nước sốt.
